This feature is included in every kit at no additional charge and is designed specifically for our advanced producer, engineer, promoter, management, songwriter, model, photographer, author, etc. users who
ONLY want to share a specific kit’s contents with a PRIVATE, INVITE-ONLY exclusive group and NOT the general public.
You don't have to remember to send them your password each time either. Our
software will automatically include the login password that you have assigned, each time you send the kit via
your admin panel whenever this feature is activated. You can also quickly and easily change
the password at anytime or activate / deactivate this feature at anytime with
only a few mouse clicks in your PPK admin panel.
Most users who choose this feature setup public kit(s) to promote their artists / work globally and then setup Private Screening Room kit(s) to share their
latest exclusive multi-media files and private information with the industry privileged and specific potential talent buyers.
A prime example of this feature would be a producer or music management company that will have standard individual public kits to publically promote each
artist that they represent. Then they will have a private kit that they send directly to record label A&R agents and / or radio Music Directors where only
those specific recipients can login to the private kit and listen to / download the latest new songs.
When anyone attempts to view a PPK that is set to private, they will see a screen similar to the below with
only the respective kit
name and main photo displayed. Only those who enter the appropriate, case-sensitive password for that respective PPK will be
permitted to view the PPK.
